The Kathrine Dulin Folger Rose Garden was designed and installed by Smithsonian Gardens’ staff and dedicated in the fall of 1998. It is a visual centerpiece in front of the Arts and Industries Building located along the National Mall in Washington, D.C.  From mid-May through November, roses grace the garden with color and fragrance.This garden provides an engaging space for visitors on their journey around the Smithsonian museums.
